I bought this wet suit because I get cold really easily and love to go snorkeling. I've worn it a bunch of times now in Hawaii mainly and it was perfect. Very comfortable, easy to get on, and perfect amount of warmth.
By a size up from what you wear. I wear a 8-10 dress size, I bought a 12 wet suit. It fits perfect and was just right in the ocean. It was flexible enough to pack nicely in the luggage too.
