I am 175 lbs and 5'6". I wear a size ten clothes usually so decided since it should be a little snug i ordered the same size. We had to reorder another in a 12. The material is great and the 12 fits perfectly aside from the rists making my hands feel a little tight i think after stretching them a little it'll be fine. 3mm is good for warm water and we are going to Spain in a few weeks. i hope its enough. The neck part i wish had a zipper but it has a Velcro strap that felt a little uncomfortable at first. overall a nice product and i will order in a 6 or 7 mm for cold water.
sent it to my daughter for her birthday, she received it in 2 days and was excited about the fit, now my grand daughter wants one, too!
